1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to the public website at pc-net-techs.com. It explains what happens when someone browses the site, changes a display preference, or submits the consultation form.
2. Browsing the website
PC NET TECHS does not use the public website to identify individual visitors, follow their browsing activity, or create profiles based on their IP addresses.
Like every website, the hosting and network systems that deliver a page must temporarily process an IP address and basic request information so the page can reach the visitor’s device and abusive traffic can be limited. PC NET TECHS does not save that IP address in its website analytics or attach it to a consultation request.
The website can remember a visitor’s light or dark display preference in that browser. This preference stays on the device and is not used to identify the person.
3. No session replay or visitor-level analytics
The public website does not use Microsoft Clarity. It does not create session replays, heatmaps, or visitor-level IP analytics. PC NET TECHS may review broad, non-identifying website performance information supplied by its hosting platform, but does not use that information to follow individual people.
4. When you contact us
If you submit the consultation form, PC NET TECHS receives the information you choose to provide: your name, telephone number, business email address, selected topic, message, and the page from which the request was sent.
This information is used to review the inquiry, respond to it, and manage any resulting sales, support, hardware, project, or service conversation. The form does not request passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or precise location.

7. Website provider
Wix provides website hosting, application services, and storage for consultation requests. Wix processes information needed to provide and secure those services under its own privacy terms. PC NET TECHS does not send public website activity to Microsoft Clarity, ipify, or ipapi.co.
8. Sharing
PC NET TECHS does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Information may be shared with a provider that is necessary to operate the website or support the business, when legally required, when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect people and systems, or as part of a business transfer. It is not shared for unrelated consumer advertising.
9. How long information is kept
Consultation requests and related business records are kept only while reasonably useful for responding, providing service, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, protecting systems, or meeting legal obligations. PC NET TECHS is moving toward defined retention periods and anonymized long-term reporting as part of its privacy improvements.

You may ask PC NET TECHS about information associated with you or request correction or deletion. Reasonable identity verification may be required, and some records may need to be retained for security, legal, or legitimate business reasons.

PC NET TECHS uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the information it receives. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
12. Children
This business website is not directed to children under 13, and PC NET TECHS does not knowingly request personal information from children through the website.
